Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

• A deposit of 20% is required to confirm your booking.
• Full payment must be made 30 days prior to the tour date.
• All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour: Full refund minus administrative fees.
• 15-29 days before the tour: 50% refund.
• 7-14 days before the tour: 25% refund.
• Less than 7 days before the tour: No refund.

3. Tour Modifications

ScenicRoutesDiscoveries reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives.

4. Liability

While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure your safety, ScenicRoutesDiscoveries is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur during our tours.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and loss of belongings.

6. Passport and Visas

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports and necessary visas for their travel. Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the tour end date.

7. Photography

ScenicRoutesDiscoveries reserves the right to use photographs taken during tours for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify us in writing.
